Data Deletion Policy

We respect your privacy and provide a clear, simple process to delete your data from Thirtee. This page describes what will be deleted, how to submit a request, and when you can expect completion.

1. What We Delete

  • Messages, media, and files you shared with Thirtee
  • Session records and interaction logs tied to your phone number
  • Associated metadata required to operate your session

Note: We do not collect your contact list or background device data. Certain records may be retained if required by law (see Section 4).

2. How to Request Deletion

a) Via WhatsApp (Recommended)

Send the exact phrase below from the same phone number you used with Thirtee:

b) Via Email

Email us from your registered email and include your phone number:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Subject: Data Deletion Request
  • Include: Your full name and phone number used with Thirtee

3. Verification

For your security, we only accept requests initiated from the same phone number used in your Thirtee session or a verifiable registered email address. We may request additional confirmation to prevent unauthorized deletion.

4. Timeline & Confirmation

  • Initial processing within 48 hours of a valid request
  • Full deletion (including backups) within 7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation once deletion is completed

Certain records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes may be retained as permitted by law. Such records are minimized and not used for any other purpose.

5. After Deletion

Deletion is irreversible. If you return later, Thirtee will not retain your prior messages or session data.
